Lauren will listen to your desires, explain the procedures, and help you understand the beautiful, natural-looking results you can expect. Booking Your Consultation: You can easily book your free consultation through the "Book Appointment" or "Book Now" links on our website. What to Expect: During your 30-minute session, we will discuss your beauty aspirations, review your medical history as it pertains to potential treatments (especially for semi-permanent makeup), and outline a personalised treatment plan if you choose to proceed. This is a no-obligation consultation purely designed to provide you with information and comfort. Punctuality: To make the most of your dedicated time, please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled consultation. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure we can give you our undivided attention without impacting other valued clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your free consultation, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time to another client. No Treatment Included: Please note that this 30-minute consultation is purely for discussion and assessment.
